1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the z7777 platform at z7777.app ("the Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs"), together with z7777's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these T&Cs, you must immediately cease using the Platform. z7777 reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised T&Cs constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

2.Eligibility & Registration

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. z7777 conducts age verification checks and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time. Accounts found to have been opened by persons under 18 will be closed immediately and any remaining balance forfeited.
• Jurisdictional Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of z7777 is lawful under the laws applicable in your province, territory, and country of residence. z7777 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling regulations may vary and accept full personal responsibility for compliance.
• Single Account. Each individual may hold only one registered account with z7777. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Any material misrepresentation constitutes a breach of these T&Cs and may result in immediate account closure.

3.Account Obligations

You agree to use your z7777 account for personal entertainment purposes only. Accounts may not be used on behalf of third parties. You must not allow other persons to access or use your account. z7777 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any stage and may suspend account activity pending verification.

Inactive accounts (those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee in accordance with z7777's prevailing fee schedule, as communicated to registered users. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

• Currency. z7777 processes player funds in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform and are subject to change. Current minimums are communicated within the account cashier section.
• Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by z7777 in accordance with the Platform's prevailing processing timelines. z7777 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.
• No Credit. z7777 does not offer credit to players. You may only wager using funds deposited in your account or credited as bonuses in accordance with applicable bonus terms.
• Refused Transactions. z7777 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these T&Cs.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, z7777 offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional rewards to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific terms of each bonus, including eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet per round, and expiry period, are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

6.Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed through the z7777 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or sportsbook section. General principles applicable to all z7777 wagering include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. No cancellation is permitted after the betting window has closed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session, z7777 will apply the rules set out in the relevant game provider's terms, which may include voiding the round and returning the wager.
• z7777 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds due to a system error or human mistake. Players will be notified and the wager amount returned.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL and international fixtures, are governed by the specific market rules published in the sportsbook section. Abandoned or reduced-overs matches are settled in accordance with those rules.
• z7777 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game or market. The Platform may suspend or remove games at any time, including for regulatory or licensing reasons.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these T&Cs:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to z7777 support immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or terrorist financing activity.
• Providing false identity information or opening multiple accounts.
• Any conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens z7777 employees or other players.

z7777 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is identified, and to forfeit any balance held in that account where permitted by applicable law.

8.Responsible Gaming

z7777 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable in the account dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Limits on net losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Notifications and automatic logout after a specified play duration.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours up to six weeks, during which the account cannot be used.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent self-exclusion is available on request. Once activated, the account will be closed and the player will be unable to re-register for a minimum period of six months.

9.Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of z7777.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z7777 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues or maintenance.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Unauthorised access to your account where z7777 was not negligent in protecting account security.
• Any errors in game outcomes later corrected under the relevant game provider's void rules.

z7777's total liability to you for any direct loss arising from the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.Amendments to These Terms

z7777 reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or via a notice displayed upon z7777 login. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the amendment takes effect.

12.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which z7777 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs that cannot be resolved by the parties through good faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under applicable local law.
